Honest and fast service. I’ve done almost all of my own car maintenance and repairs over the years, including oil changes, but I decided to use their $50 oil change coupon I got in the mail. I made an appointment for the next morning, and they got my car in right away. They showed me the vehicle during the inspection and only recommended a cabin air filter, which was genuinely dirty, and mentioned my tires were getting a little low but nothing urgent. No dishonest upsells, and no pressure. If I went to a shop regularly I would want one like this.

Had a straightforward and simple experience with Manheim Auto Repair getting an oil change among some other routine maintenance procedures. The mechanic did point out one other part that he believed needed replaced, adding to my bill, however this was a legitimate judgement call. Four stars instead of five due to slightly higher cost of services than some other local shops, but I had no issues with the service.

Excellent service straight up about what needs to be done and very prompt. Also gave me a loaner car and didn’t charge me for it. Good honest business. Not many of those around.

I new going in what needed done. They didn’t tell me I needed anything additional. Very please they didn’t try and screw me that way. I got my appointments fast. I had inspection/emissions, oil change, caliber, brake pads and rotor work. The caliber brake pads and rotors I had to go back for they had to order the parts in.

THE OFFER LOANER CARS We also recently had maintenance done and they offered us a loaner car because we had to leave the car overnight. This saved us so much time, money and inconvenience. Most auto repair shops do not offer this service. It’s invaluable when you need it. If you are looking for a well maintained, reliable used vehicle like I was, then I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle through Metro America (go check them out). I booked my car for an inspection and oil change because we got coupons in the mail. We were able to get an appointment quickly and the service was amazing. Everyone was super friendly. We will be going back!

Had an issue with another garage. Was desperate for last minute help. 5 stars for not just the prompt attention, but the way in which we were treated. Kind voices on the phone, friendly treatment at the shop. You got our future business!

The guys working here were great to deal with. Honest fellas who didnt try to upsell me like a majority of other places. Prices are definitely reasonable and the place is clean. Definitely going back and taking all the cars from our family!

Had my Honda Odyssey serviced at their shop for annual inspection. My point person was Matt. They were quick to get me in. They also provided timely updates, particularly when we had some unexpected repairs. They were very knowledgeable about manufacturer recommendations at the mileage my vehicle was at. Also able to find me some discounts on the recommended parts. Would recommend and will come back.

The service was exceptional! Tom, who manned the front desk was polite, helpful, and entertaining as the guys in back took care of my car. If you live in Manheim use Manheim Auto Repair. Ps. They replaced all 4 tires same day!

Everything went well would definitely recommend them for a presale auto inspection ie., don’t buy the vehicle until they check it out. They will save you from a mistake. My only issue was paying cash and being charged a Credit Card Convenience Fee.

We had a jaguar that needed exterior and interior work. We were in the best hands with Metro America. Phil and his group took excellent care of the car and kept us informed every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make us happy. We couldn’t be more pleased! The car was returned to us looking 100% better than when they received it. The pricing was fair and it’s obvious Metro America takes pride in their work. You can’t go wrong choosing Metro America.

I brought my vehicle here for an inspection because my usual mechanic was booked up solid for a month and my inspection was out as of a couple days ago. I expected that to be where things ended. I can say that I was so impressed with the service, the honesty, and the communication of this location that I will be taking my vehicle here from now on. I had to have brake repairs done to pass inspection, and I asked around about the price of it all and had several friends in the car mechanic industry advise they thought it was a great price on the parts and labor overall. Additionally, the company is military veteran friendly and provides a small veteran discount, which is also greatly appreciated for the recognition. 5/5 would recommend.

I had oil changed and inspected here. Appointments are easy to book, they provide attentive and high-quality service, the staff is patient, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Great Garage to work with, they seemed honest. My truck went in for oil pan gasket leak. It was fixed, but I had an issue with it. The next day called them up. They told me to bring it in. They’ll check it out and found out That it was something they didn’t do quite right and fixed it free of charge
